CMTI Course & Payment Policies

Program Fees
The total fee is due in full by the first class unless financing has been approved.  The initial deposit* is non-refundable and MUST accompany the application when applying.

*Initial Deposit:  Seats are filled in the order that deposits are received. It is IMPORTANT that you return your application and deposit as soon as possible to reserve your seat in class.

Text Book Fees:  Text books are included in the program fee.

Other Fees:  State and other certification fees are not included in the “total fee” and are the responsibility of the student, (i.e. State application fee, State practical exam fee).

Non-Financing Students: The balance is due by the first class unless arrangements have been made with CMTI management prior to this date.

Course Withdrawal
In order to withdraw from a course, you must submit it in writing & send  via certified mail.

  1. No withdrawals made verbally, by email, or in person will be accepted.
  2. Absences from any class will not constitute withdrawal from the program.
Refund Policy
Full payment is required by the start of the first class. The financing agreement does not waive this responsibility should you withdraw from the program. Your initial deposit and CPR certification fee are non-refundable.

A student will receive a:

  1. 100% refund up to 14 days prior to the start of the first class, less fees*
  2. 50% refund if the student withdraws 7 days prior to the start of the first class as described above, less fees*
  3. 25% refund within 7 days of the start of the first class, less fees*
  4. No refunds once the program has begun
  5. All refunds will be made within 30 days.

Financing students: CMTI, Inc’s approval for you to finance your tuition does not waive your responsibility of paying in full should you withdraw from the program. The tuition is due by the first class for ALL students and only those approved for financing may make payments beyond the first class.

If you withdraw, are removed or fail the program at any time, you are no longer considered to be a financing student and your balance becomes immediately due in full.
