OUR COMMITMENT & EXPERIENCE

Comprehensive Medical Teaching Institute (CMTI) has been educating healthcare professionals and first responders since 2009. CMTI has successfully graduated hundreds of EMT and paramedic students who are now saving lives and making a difference in the EMS community. CMTI is an approved and accredited EMS training program through CoAEMSP and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Office of Emergency Medical Services.

The CMTI staff’s primary purpose is to educate each student to the highest level of achievement in their chosen discipline by providing an appropriate curriculum in a safe, healthy environment. CMTI’s staff includes emergency room nurses, physicians, paramedics, EMTs, firefighters, and critical care paramedics.

Programs employ didactic modules, skills lab sessions, and interactive scenario evaluations, followed by a rigorous clinical internship with an assigned hospital preceptor where students will start to apply the knowledge and skills learned in a live patient setting.
